SZL Double Drum Chain Grate Coal Fired Steam Boilers adopt double drum design. top drum has gas and water separate device and drain remove device. bottom drum has regular drainout deivce. Combustion parts adopt light chain grate and automatic screw type slag remover device.
Feature of SZL Double Drum Chain Grate Coal Fired Steam Boilers
1. Membrane wall structure: adopt power plant boiler membrane wall structure design, which increase heat transfer efficiency, reduce heat loss, avoid air leakage and brick wall out of shape.
2. High aluminium cement build chamber arc wall, internal is the water cooling pipe connect with boiler drum. This design increase the radiation heating surface and avoid high temperature burning breakage.
3. Longer boiler chamber: increase the length of combustion chamber, which make the combustion can maintain longer time and make the coal burn more sufficiently. This design reduce the slag carbon component, increase the grate active area and increase the boiler load ability.
4. Light chain grate: adopt light chain grate feeding and two side air blast, along the grate , there is six separate plenum, each plenum is equipped with independent air adjust device. So we can adjust the air for best combustion effect.
5. Compact Size and easy for installtion: boiler delivery as top parts and bottom parts. Top parts is the boiler proper. Bottom parts include the chain grate, coal hopper, bottom frame. Customer can install the boiler in ten days.
