Vertical RFL Series coal fired hot air furnace is new design heat supply equipment. Our hot air furnace adopt multi-header spirally corrugated heat exchanger plate, it combine combustion and heat exchange, which makes hot air furnace is with compact structure and reasonable layout. Coal fired hot air furnace adopt heat exchange technology and use clean air as heat medium, which makes it can supply low temperature （80~150℃）、middle temperature（200~300℃）、high temperature（400~550℃）. Romiter coal fired hot air furnace can be used in chemical industry, food industry, ceramic industry, dehydration industry.
Working Principle
Adopt combustion chamber and heat exchanger integrated design. Adopt multi-layer telescoping structure. The bottom part is combustion chamber, the top and surrounding parts is heat changer.
Working Principle, The high temperature smoke after combustion get into the heat exchanger to transfer heat to air in the outside of the heat exchanger. so finally, we can get clean and high temperature hot air. Our hot air generator has the feature of low fuel coat , automatic temperature indicator , clean air as heat medium ( environment friendly) and easy to operate.
Safety Note for Hot Air Generator
- Make sure electricity supply before turn on the hot air generator.
- Before turn on the blast fan, please check whether the adjust valve is in zero position. After turn-on 30s, you can adjust it to normal position.
- After turn off the hot air generator, please keep the induced draft fan working until the hot air temperature lower than 50 centigrade.
